Cost:
Certification:         $225.00  add $45.00 for the ACLS Provider Manual; students will not be permitted in the class without one.
Recertification:      $175.00  (A copy of your current card is required upon registration. Those recertifying need only attend day 1 (the first day of class) does not include 2011 ACLS Provider Manual cost.

Textbook:    $45.00-The 2011 ACLS Provider Manual is the mandatory text required for class.  Please remember to add $45.00 to your registration 
cost.  No one will be admitted to class without this text.

Cancelations:
       A $25.00 fee will be assessed for all cancelations and class transfers.  Those cancelling on the day of the class (or absent without notifying AEC Admin) will forfeit their entire course fee.

You will be considered registered for a class only upon receipt of both registration form and payment.  Once your complete registration with payment is received, you will then be sent a confirmation letter by mail if space is still available.


If you would like to schedule an ACLS class at your location, email Gretchen Wills. ***Effective July 1, 2008, a traveling fee of $200 (to be charged to the facilitator) will be applied to all non-contract courses .  This fee will not affect individuals enrolling in any of the above courses.***
